국내 체류 외국인(18세 이상) 노바백스

백신접종 안내


최근 코로나19 확진자 중 외국인의 발생 비율이 높게 나타나고 있는 반면, 외국인의 코로나19 백신접종률은 국민에 비해 낮아, 한국에서의 안전한 생활을 위해 반드시 코로나19 백신접종을 해주시기 바랍니다.

국내에서 장기체류(90일 이상) 중인 18세 이상 외국인은 무료로 코로나19 백신접종을 받을 수 있습니다.


ㅇ 노바백스 백신(NVX)은 전통적인 단백질 재조합 방식으로 제조된 백신으로, HPV, B형간염 등 다양한 백신이 동일한 방식으로 제조되었습니다. mRNA백신(화이자, 모더나) 등의 이상반응에 대한 우려 등으로 아직 1, 2, 3차 접종을 진행하지 않은 18세 이상 국내체류 외국인도 2월 14일부터 노바백스 백신 접종이 가능합니다.

- 건강보험 가입여부와 무관하게 코로나19 노바백스 백신 예방접종을 시행하는 의료기관 또는 보건소에서 접종을 받을 수 있습니다.

 

ㅇ 예약·접종 방법

1) 등록외국인: 외국인등록번호를 이용하여 온라인 또는 전화로 예약할 수 있습니다.

* 온라인 사전예약: 코로나19예방접종사전예약시스템(https://ncvr.kdca.go.kr) 접속하여 본인인증 후 예약(2.21.~) → 보건소 또는 위탁의료기관 방문하여 접종(3.7.~)

** 전화예약 당일접종: 노바백스 백신 접종 의료기관 또는 보건소에 전화로 잔여백신 확인 후 예약(2.14.~) → 당일 방문하여 접종(2.14.~)

 

2) 미등록외국인(불법체류 외국인 포함): 보건소에서 임시관리번호를 발급받아 온라인(대리예약) 또는 전화로 예약할 수 있습니다.

* 온라인 사전예약(대리예약): 코로나19예방접종사전예약시스템(https://ncvr.kdca.go.kr) 접속하여 대리자가 본인인증 후 예약(2.21~) → 보건소 또는 위탁의료기관 접종(3.7.~)

** 전화예약 당일접종: 노바백스 백신 접종 의료기관 또는 보건소에 전화로 잔여백신 확인 후 예약(2.14.~) → 당일 방문하여 접종(2.14.~)

*** 임시관리번호 발급 시 유효한 신분증이 없는 경우 휴대전화 연락처(본인 또는 지인), 이메일 또는 주거지 주소 중 한가지만 있어도 발급 가능

 

3) 노바백스 백신(NVX) 3차접종

* NVX-NVX 접종 후 NVX 3차접종: 온라인 사전예약 및 전화예약 당일접종 가능

** 타백신(mRNA, AZ, J) 접종 후 해당백신에 대한 금기·연기 사유 등이 있는 경우 의사 소견 등에 따라 NVX 3차접종: 전화예약 당일접종만 가능

- 신분에 관한 정보는 예방접종의 목적으로만 이용되며, 통보의무 면제제도에 의해 출입국‧외국인관서에 불법체류 사실 등이 통보되지 않습니다.

Information on Novavax Vaccination for Foreigners Staying in Korea (18 Years Old and above)


Recently the COVID-19 confirmed patients have a higher accuracy rate among foreigners, on the other hand, the COVID-19 vaccination rate of foreigners is lower compared to citizen, for the safety life in Korea, please get COVID-19 vaccination.

Foreigners aged 18 and above who stay in Korea for a long time (about 90 days and more) are eligible for free COVID-19 vaccination.


ㅇ Novavax Vaccine (NVX) is a vaccine manufactured by a traditional protein recombination method, and various vaccines such as HPV and hepatitis B have been manufactured in the same way. Foreigners aged 18 years old and above who have not received 1st, 2nd, and 3rd dose of mRNA vaccine (Pfizer or Moderna) due to concerns on adverse reactions etc, from February 14th, Novavax vaccine vaccination will be available.

 - Regardless whether you have health insurance or not, you can be vaccinated at Medical Center or Public Health Center that provides the COVID-19 Novavax vaccine.

 

ㅇ Ways on how to book and get vaccinated.

 1) Registered foreigner: You can do reservation online or by phone using a foreign registration number.

   * Pre-reservation Online: Access the COVID-19 Vaccination Pre-reservation System (https://ncvr.kdca.go.kr). Make a reservation after self-authentication from (Feb. 21st, ~) → Visit the Public Health Center or consigned medical institution to get vaccinated from (Mar. 7th, ~)

   ** Phone reservation and Vaccination on the Same Day: Novavax vaccination Medical institution or Public Health Center reservation after confirming the remaining vaccines through phone (Feb. 14th, ~) → Visit and get vaccinated on the same day from (Feb. 14th, ~)

 

 2) Unregistered Foreigners (Including foreigners staying illegally.): Get a temporary management number issued by the Public Health Center and make a reservation online (proxy reservation) or by phone.

   * Pre-reservation Online (Proxy reservation): Access the COVID-19 Vaccination Pre-reservation System (https://ncvr.kdca.go.kr). Please make a reservation after the proxy authenticates himself from (Feb. 21st, ~) → Vaccination at a Public Health Center or Consigned medical institution from (Mar. 7th, ~)

   ** Phone reservation, Vaccination on the Same Day: Novavax vaccination Medical institution or Public Health Center reservation after confirming the remaining vaccines through phone (Feb. 14th, ~) → Visit and get vaccinated on the same day from (Feb. 14th, ~)

   *** If there is no valid ID when issuing a temporary management number, it can be administered using only one of the following, mobile phone contact information, (yourself or acquaintance) email, or address.

 3) The 3rd Dose of Novavax Vaccine (NVX)

   * NVX 3rd Vaccination after NVX-NVX vaccination: Online pre-reservation and phone reservation, vaccination available on the same day.

   ** NVX 3rd vaccinationdepends on the Doctor’s opinion, if there are reasons for contraindication or postponement of the vaccine after vaccination with the other (mRNA, AZ, J) etc: Only phone reservation on the same day vaccination is available.

国内滞留外国人(18岁以上) NovaVax

疫苗接种指南


最近新型冠状病毒确诊患者中外国人的发生比率较高,相反,外国人的新型冠状病毒疫苗接种率低于国民,为了在韩国的安全生活,请务必接种新型冠状病毒疫苗。

在韩国长期滞留（90天以上）的18岁以上外国人可以免费接种新型冠状病毒疫苗。


ㅇ NovaVax疫苗(NVX)是以传统的蛋白质重组方式制造的疫苗,HPV、乙肝等多种疫苗以相同的方式制造。因担心mRNA疫苗(辉瑞、莫德纳)等异常反应等原因,尚未进行第1、2、3次接种的18岁以上滞留在国内的外国人也可以从2月14日开始接种NovaVax疫苗。

- 与是否加入健康保险无关,可在新型冠状病毒NovaVax疫苗预防接种的医疗机构或保健所接种。

 

ㅇ 预约·接种方法

1) 登录外国人: 利用外国人登录号码可以在网上或电话预约。

*网上预约（代理预约） :登录新型冠状病毒预防接种事前预约系统（https://ncvr.kdca.go.kr），由代理人本人认证后预约（2.21~）→保健所或委托医疗机构接种（3.7~）

** 电话预约当日接种: 通过电话向NovaVax疫苗接种医疗机构或保健所确认剩余疫苗后预约(2.14~)→当天访问接种(2.14~)。

 

2) 未登记外国人（包括非法滞留的外国人）: 在保健所领取临时管理号码后,可以在网上(代理预约)或电话预约。

* 网上预约（代理预约）: 新型冠状病毒登录预防接种事前预约系统(https://ncvr.kdca.go.kr),由代理人本人认证后预约(2.21~)→保健所或委托医疗机构接种(3.7~)。

** 电话预约当日接种: 通过电话向NovaVax疫苗接种医疗机构或保健所确认剩余疫苗后预约(2.14~)→当天访问接种(2.14~)。

*** 发放临时管理号码时，如果没有有效的身份证，只要手机联系方式（本人或熟人）、电子邮件或居住地地址中有一个就可以发放。

 

3) NovaVax疫苗(NVX) 第3次接种

* NVX-NVX 接种后NVX 第3次接种: 网上预约及电话预约当日可接种

** 其他疫苗(mRNA, AZ, J) 接种后如有相关疫苗的禁忌、延期事由等，根据医生的意见等，NVX第三次接种: 电话预约仅限当日接种。
